Products include Package, Property, General Liability, Auto, Worker’s Compensation, Umbrella/Excess, and International. The programs are guaranteed cost and Loss Sensitive structures. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, with strong business and underwriting acumen.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities RequiredExperience in Property & Casualty lines; familiarity with global programs is a plus.Developing and negotiating price, coverage, terms, and conditions for new and renewal business, while identifying account rounding opportunities.Collaborating with underwriters, operations, claims, marketing, and management to implement effective pricing and rate strategies.Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience managing agency and broker relationships.Ability to identify growth opportunities and apply marketing principles and pricing strategies.Proficiency in risk analysis and the underwriting process.Effective communication skills with all customer levels and team collaboration.Knowledge of technical issues, compliance, coverage, products, and pricing strategies.Qualifications3+ years of experience.Proven marketing and negotiation skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.The pay range is $87,500 to $149,500, dependent on skills and other factors.
