You will primarily be responsible for corporate forecasting and strategic planning and supporting related functions. The role will further provide analytical and decision support to business leadership. This position will work cross-functionally to improve communication and business processes throughout the broader organization.Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to understand key drivers of operating expenses to help leaders make strategic decisionsPartner with Corporate Strategy team and business leaders to assist with forecasting and strategic planningDevelop and maintain periodic financial reports and analysesCollaborate with IT to provide real-time intelligence to the businessHelp implement financial reporting processes to support business leaders that may include the use of systems and toolsSupport the Accounting team during the financial close processProvide ad hoc support to executives and business leaders across a range of strategic initiativesLead and manage team projects and cross functional initiativesBackground:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with years’ experienceAbility to communicate effectively and build strong working relationshipsExcellent financial modeling skills and analytical capabilitiesStrong attention to detail while maintaining sight of the big pictureAbility to handle multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentAdvanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, etc.Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Workiva, and SAP ERP preferred (or similar applications)Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment with confidential and sensitive informationDemonstrates leadership qualities and potentialSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance, Management, and Accounting/AuditingIndustriesMedical Equipment Manufacturing, Biotechnology Research, and Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
