PartnersRecruitment Delivery Manager at New York Technology PartnersJob Title: Director of Financial Crimes - AML, ComplianceLocation: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite – Hybrid – 3 days in a week)Responsibilities:Assess financial crimes compliance programs and implement recommended changes, controls, and solutionsProvide subject matter expertise in anti-money laundering and sanctions programsDevelop intellectual property and thought leadership on relevant financial crime topicsLead teams on engagements of various sizes, ensuring successful project deliveryTrain and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growthLead engagement planning and management, including budget and risk managementActively contribute to client-facing project work, consistently producing high-quality deliverablesDevelop and own Financial Crime propositions and delivery methodologies related to sanctionsMotivate and inspire teams to achieve high standards of deliverablesDemonstrate a keen interest in the development of team members' professional growthAssimilate complex data into actionable reports and summaries, ensuring clarity and concisenessDeliver high-quality, professional deliverables within strict deadlinesPerform financial, statistical, and data analytics to support client service teamsMaintain flexibility in assigned tasks to accommodate changing deadlines, deliverables, and prioritiesConsistently seek opportunities for professional development and embrace challenges outside of comfort zonesEffectively relate with clients at all levels, fostering strong relationshipsOversee the efforts of teams of various sizes, providing guidance and supportParticipate in business development initiatives, including targeting external clients and attending industry conferences and speaking engagementsServe as the key contact for client communications, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills with minimal review from senior managementSupport sales initiatives by leading bids, proposal responses, and identifying business development opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, law, business)8 to 10 years of experience in assessing financial crimes compliance programs and implementing changes and controlsStrong ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleaguesExcellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsProactive mindset with the ability to develop thought leadership and intellectual propertyDemonstrated success in business development and sales initiativesExperience leading teams on engagements of various sizesStrong project management skills, including budget and risk managementAbility to train, mentor, and develop junior team membersProficiency in assimilating complex data into actionable reports and summariesStrong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to perform data analyticsExceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, professional deliverables within tight deadlinesFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage
