Workday Financials ManagerLA, Pittsburgh, or Washington DC – Hybrid onsite 3 days per weekPosition Summary:Reporting to the Director of the Workday Service Center, you will manage a dedicated team responsible for the seamless operation of Workday Core Financials, Grants Management, Projects, Billing, and Procurement functionalities.This role is pivotal in driving strategic partnerships with our Finance functions to enhance system efficiency and support business objectives.Essential Job Functions:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, guiding the planning, development, testing, and implementation of Workday Financials.Lead the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and new reports, ensuring smooth system operations and user adoption.Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain data integrity and support Finance business processes.Provide expert guidance on Workday Financials, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical users.Continuously evaluate systems and recommend improvements to support business strategies.Manage and support Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services, and Cloud Connect.Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other business systems through effective integration management.Develop and maintain complex reports using Workday Reporting tools, such as Advanced Reporting, Matrix Reports, and Workday Prism Analytics.Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning.Requirements:10+ years of experience in IT5+ years of experience with Workday Financials3+ years of experience in a leadership roleExperience conducting full lifecycle implementations, ideally with WorkdayProficiency in Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday Web Services, Cloud Connect)Expertise in Workday Reporting tools, including Advanced Reporting and Matrix ReportsNice to have:Experience in Workday Financials Grants ManagementExperience with Prism AnalyticsFamiliarity with Workday HCM applications is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
