This role will be reporting to the Controller and head of the team working with Operations, Branding, Sales, Operations, Legal, and HR.Duties:Assist in month-end reconciliation of balance sheet accountsResearch all vendor discrepancies and follow up on all adjustmentsReview all accounting transactions and invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment receivedPost and code all invoices into the accounting software system ensuring careful accuracy and precisionUpdate weekly check register in a timely and efficient mannerField accounts receivable inquiries from internal customers and external vendorsFile and maintain all paid and unpaid invoices and statementsProvide analytical, administrative, clerical and project support to accounting department and managementSkills/Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferredMinimum 2+ years of accounting experienceUnderstanding of Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets, and General LedgerNetsuite ERP experience is preferredThe estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000-75,000.Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Accounting/AuditingIndustries: Consumer Services, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Technology, Information and MediaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Coda Search│Staffing by 2x.Benefits:Medical insuranceVision insurance401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
