Join to apply for the Market Insight Analyst - TG role at Topgolf Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Experience & Games Design) to define key business questions and identify insight needs. Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources—such as guest feedback, CRM, primary research, and third-party platforms—to inform product, marketing, and operational strategies. Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and strategic recommendations that drive business impact. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that make Player insights easily accessible across the organization. Monitor and predict Player behavior trends, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and optimize the Player journey. Present findings in a visually engaging and meaningful way to influence decision-making at all levels. Proactively explore and answer ad hoc business questions with a blend of consumer, market, and macroeconomic insights. What You Bring 2 years of experience at a performance for Client or Vendor side. 2 years of experience with strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups). Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent. Ability to manage media campaign lifecycles and track performance against KPIs. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic stories. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing funnel dynamics. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent. Bonus Points Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages Passion for entertainment, hospitality, or guest experience industries Why Join Us?
