Join to apply for the Senior IT Vendor Analyst (1091408) role at The Judge GroupLocation: Chicago, ILSalary: $75,000.00 USD - $95,000.00 USD AnnuallyJob DescriptionThis is a direct hire position with a hybrid work model based in downtown Chicago.ResponsibilitiesLead and perform VM Contract Management activities for vendors, ensuring governance plans, meetings, and reporting cadences are followed.Proactively monitor vendor D&Os and SLAs to manage performance, improve capabilities, and optimize value.Build effective relationships with vendors, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Relationship Managers for ongoing communication.Extract and prioritize vendor deliverables and obligations from contracts.Create and maintain trackers for monitoring vendor performance, obligations, and SLAs.Provide metrics to demonstrate vendors meet or exceed their service agreements and KPIs.Ensure all artifacts and meeting minutes are accurately stored in the Vendor Governance Library.Qualifications3+ years of experience in technology, contingent labor, and professional services VM.Strong data analytics, organizational, and multitasking skills.Ability to extract and report on vendor deliverables and SLAs from contracts.Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Vendor Governance tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Supply Chain Management preferred.Procurement or supplier management certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPM, CPSD) are a plus.By providing your phone number, you consent to receive messages from The Judge Group regarding job opportunities.
