You will also own wholesale relationships, including negotiations on participation, pricing, and terms.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to regional wholesale property underwriting strategy and team development.Underwrite new and renewal accounts, evaluate natural catastrophe risks, and manage capacity.Represent AzC externally, develop relationships with stakeholders, and ensure accurate policy documentation.Participate in projects and regional activities as needed.QualificationsMinimum 7 years’ experience in underwriting profitable wholesale property business.Deep understanding of wholesale property products, markets, and competitor landscape.Established relationships with brokers and local market expertise.Ability to assess risk exposures and analyze complex data.Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration pensation and BenefitsThe annual base pay ranges from $125,366 to $195,190, depending on factors like experience, skills, and location.
