Accounting Analyst/Clerk

Accounting Analyst/Clerk at RGPWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst/Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity to build a foundation in accounting while contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with policies, and assist in preparing key financial reporting. What you will work on Prepare and post routine journal entries with proper supporting documentation. Assist with account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Support the preparation of financial statements and related schedules. Maintain organized records to support audits and compliance requirements. Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities. Collaborate with accounting and finance colleagues on process improvements and special projects. What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent coursework/experience). Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems. Oracle/Oracle EBS experience is highly preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a dynamic team environment. What you can expect This role is fully remote within California; 3-month contract with potential to convert to permanent based on workload and performance. Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience, including geographic location and market factors.
