OverviewUnderwriter/Senior Underwriter II - Asset Based Finance at Bank of America. This role involves working directly with business development officers, relationship managers, investment bank, capital markets teams and product specialists to develop, structure, analyze, covenant, document, fund and close transactions. The role covers a broad range of transactions from large corporate/private equity to core middle market and requires interaction with clients, financial sponsors/intermediaries, outside accountants, legal counsel and field examiners. A solid understanding of BANA and BABC credit policies and regulatory requirements is needed to respond quickly during underwriting, documentation and closing processes.Job DetailsBase pay range: $94,500.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrShift: 1st shift (United States of America).
