Accounting Manager IV

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Candidate to provide critical support to the External Reporting team during a maternity leave coverage. This candidate will play a dual role in both external SEC filings and internal monthly close reporting processes.Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K)Contribute to drafting and reviewing footnote disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedulesEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulationsSupport XBRL tagging and validation processesCollaborate with internal departments, legal, and external auditorsPreparation of quarterly earnings materialsReview of supplementary earnings materialsPrepare and analyze monthly and quarterly close reporting packages for executive leadershipPerform variance analysis and commentary on year-over-year actualsConsolidate data across business units and ensure timely delivery of internal reportingPartner with FP&A and other finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of close dataSupport ad-hoc reporting requests and process improvement initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA5-7 years of relevant experience in SEC reporting and corporate accountingStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulationsPrior experience with large public companies and Big 4 public accounting is strongly preferredExperience with Wdesk, SAP, and Excel (advanced functions)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing prioritiesTop 3 must-have hard skills:SEC reporting at a large public companyCPAStrong understanding U.S. GAAP and SEC regulationsNice to Have: Finance or tech, Wdesk experiencePay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
