You will sit on our Analytics team and support our Portfolio Engagement efforts by delivering data-driven analyses and insights that will inform ICONIQ portfolio companies across various aspects of business operations and best- in-class performance.What You’ll Do:Lead and collaborate on various high- impact projects to support our portfolio of high performing technology companies including:Specific analysis and benchmarking of key operational indicators.Broader thought-leadership across topics such as financial performance, IPO readiness, organizational structure and compensation, GTM strategy, and more.Custom advisory projects for portfolio companies.Data partnerships with portfolio companies.Productization of various internal and external datasets.Capture both qualitative and quantitative data across various primary and secondary research initiatives – including collection and analysis of portfolio company data, interviews with SMEs, review of public filings, and design and analysis of proprietary surveys.Support the build-out of proprietary models and data visualization tools driven from portfolio company data to drive benchmarking efforts and performance analyses.Ideal Candidate Background:Bachelor’s degree and excellent academic3+ years of relevant industry experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in consulting, investment banking, equity research, or technology.Proficiency working with complex data in Excel, including data modeling and structuring best practices, and ability to transform data into key insights using a variety of charts and visualizationFamiliarity with Tableau, and or/other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.What We Offer:Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.Life and disability insurance coverage as well as family and wellness benefits including mental health benefits, fertility benefits, and back-up childcare.A matching 401(k) muter Benefits program.Stipends to support wellness and hybrid working arrangements.We support employees who wish to pursue professional designations/certifications and offer tuition reimbursement in addition to an allocation for books and other supplies needed for an individual's coursework.Smart-casual dress code.Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working pensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
