Email Surveillance Analyst

Job Description:This individual will be responsible for reviewing the electronic communications of the firm’s employees to mitigate reputational and regulatory risk to the firm.Responsibilities:- Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory compliance and misuse of confidential information- Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues- Liaise with business management, compliance, and legal to assess risks and follow up on issues identified during review of communicationsQualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree- 1-4 years experience either in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Excellent attention to detail- Strong communication skills- Sound judgment and ability to exercise discretionDesired Skills- Familiarity with corporate and investment banking industry- Prior experience with email surveillance- Prior paralegal or document review experience- Graduate degree (e.g. JD) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
