This position will be open until August 31st, 2025 or until filled.Wage: $60,000- $65,000 plus up to a 10% bonus potentialTypical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmPrimary Purpose Of PositionThis position is responsible for daily PMS & POS reconciliations. This position will be responsible for all aspects of daily income audit which include the hotel, restaurants and the golf club .Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesReconcile daily sales for the hotel and golf club and make bank depositsReview and correct daily PMS & POS integration variances as neededCoordinate collection activities, including calls and emails to guests and members, using internal escalations as required for problem accounts.Respond to guest and member inquiriesPrepare weekly aging reports and follow-up as neededAttend weekly golf club meetingsEnsure gift cards are processed in gift card medium, and make corrections as necessaryRespond in a timely manner to credit card disputesSupport accounting team on month-end closing proceduresPositive contributor to the team by supporting and participating in special projects as neededEducation/ExperienceBS in Accounting with 2-4 years of related work experience is preferredHospitality experience preferred2 years professional experience in accounting and finance; accounts receivable/ income audit experience is a plusSpecial Skills/EquipmentSolid understanding of receivables and computerized accounting systems.High Level Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office products (Word, Outlook)Able to handle a high volume and work in a fast-paced environment while producing consistent and accurate resultsAbility to multi-taskAbility to communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally with guests, members, co-workers and department managersOpen to development of skills and knowledgeEssential Physical RequirementsSedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
