Senior Structured Finance Associate

Job OverviewA prominent national law firm is seeking a highly qualified Senior Associate Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join its Structured Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience representing financial institutions in a variety of asset-backed securitizations and structured lending transactions. This position is best suited for professionals with a strong background in capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance, and a demonstrated interest in complex securitization structures.
