This role involves finance, operations, and administrative tasks, suitable for someone looking to advance their career. The position offers a hybrid schedule (2X onsite) with a competitive compensation package (base salary plus bonus).Responsibilities and Qualifications:Assist in managing fund-level financial reporting, capital calls, and distributions in coordination with fund administrators and accountants.Track portfolio company investments, valuations, and financial performance.Support audit and tax processes by liaising with external service providers.Help prepare quarterly and annual investor reports and internal financial summaries.Monitor accounts payable/receivable and expense reimbursements.Oversee vendor relationships, subscriptions, and technology tools used across the firm.Coordinate compliance filings and help with internal policy tracking.Provide executive-level administrative support to partners, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.Manage the San Francisco office, including supplies, equipment, and mail.Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule (2X in office).Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.1-4+ years of financial operations experience, ideally within a financial services company.This is a full-time role with a strong compensation package and a hybrid work schedule.
