This role involves close collaboration with internal teams across finance, investor relations, and investments, supporting key initiatives such as quarterly valuations, portfolio risk assessments, investor reporting, and fund performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Conduct valuations across a variety of portfolio companies within the firm’s core investment sectors Develop materials for internal reporting and external fundraising efforts Support new fund initiatives and respond to investor due diligence inquiries Create customized reports for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership Qualifications: The ideal candidate will bring a mix of analytical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills. Specific qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; advanced credentials (MBA/CFA) a plus 2–3 years of relevant experience Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills High level of proficiency in Excel Professional demeanor and strong sense of ownership over deliverables This is a full-time role offering strong compensation ($125K base).
