For more information, please visit.We are seeking a Corporate Development Analyst, who will evaluate partnership opportunities and provide analytical and deal execution support to drive the closing of a high volume of acquisitions. The candidate will join a collaborative and motivated team in a high growth environment with substantial opportunity to create value for all involved. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong desire and passion for M&A and business development, working with small business owners and a goal-oriented attitude.Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluating and analyzing potential acquisition opportunitiesPreparing investment review packages for the management teamPerforming due diligence (including managing third-parties), valuation analysis, and proposal development for potential acquisition candidatesDrafting letters of intent, purchase agreements and ancillary documents in conjunction with senior management and members of the board of directors to efficiently close transactionsManaging daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processesWearing multiple hats if needed and being a team player in a fast-growing organization and entrepreneurial environmentRequirements1-3 years of prior analyst-level experience in accounting, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or direct lendingOR 1-3 years of prior analyst-level experience ideally with a top-tier consulting firm, specifically supporting PE in due diligence or M&AStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniquesProficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software for analysis and reportingExcellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and effectivelyAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPrior experience at a multi-site acquisition driven organization is a plus, but not requiredBachelor’s degree required, advanced degrees a plusDemonstrates a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth given the exposure to the entire deal process; from sourcing, through integration, to executionLocal to Chicago and able to work 4-5 days per week in the office with the Veterinarian Partners Business Development and Executive teamsCompensationHighly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and an annual performance bonusCreate a Job AlertInterested in building your career at Tyree and D'Angelo Partners?
