POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIESThe Associate Administrator of the community hospital serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role collaborates with physicians, nursing, and departmental leadership to achieve operational excellence in patient care delivery, staffing, supply resource management, and patient throughput. The Associate Administrator leads planning and execution of growth initiatives, including community outreach and physician partnership development. They also oversee process improvements within their areas of responsibility and coordinate joint efforts among departments. Additionally, they act in the capacity of an Officer of University Health.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEA Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or an equivalent qualification is required.
