Mid-level Private Funds Associate

Job Overview: A prominent law firm is seeking a mid-level Private Funds Associate to join its fund formation and investment management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund management matters. The ideal candidate will be involved in forming and structuring investment funds and advising on regulatory compliance and investor negotiations.
