This field-based role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to eliminate access barriers, facilitate prior authorization processes, and address issues for eligible patients while enhancing conversion rates and treatment adherence. This field-based role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to eliminate access barriers, facilitate prior authorization processes, and address issues for eligible patients while enhancing conversion rates and treatment adherence. The FRM provides expertise on coverage and common access and reimbursement challenges for a migraine product.Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Function as a consultant to customers and staff regarding payer policies and processes (i.e., eligibility and benefit verification, prior authorization, and appeals/denials) supporting patient access to the productEducate office staff on the prior authorization process, denial and appeal options, and financial support options for migraine productProactively engage with assigned accounts supporting internal/external customer access needs and compliantly engage within assigned geography to support access and adherence needsAbility to develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions to overcome obstaclesBe an expert on patient support programs, payer utilization management, access issue resolution, and financial assistanceCollaborate effectively with Managed Markets and Sales to address access challenges and issues.
