The individual in the role will be responsible for managing and executing treasury bond transactions and providing strategic solutions to institutional clients and broker dealers. The individual can be based in either the Firm’s New York headquarters or other regional offices, including Chicago, Atlanta, and Boston. Compensation is tied to revenue generation.The individual must also have established relationships with institutional corporate bond buyers, especially qualified institutional buyers.Responsibilities:Execute Treasury transactions across various government securitiesPromote and sell treasury bond products to clientsCollaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectivesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new institutional clients, providing market insights and investment strategiesMonitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and Federal Reserve policies to inform trading decisionsProvide real-time market intelligence and pricing information to internal/external stakeholdersCollaborate with sales team to identify and develop new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate and detailed records of all trading activitiesQualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a treasury broker or similar government bond sales roleFINRA Registrations: Series 7 and Series 63 must be obtained within 90 days of hireExisting client relationships with institutional investors and a demonstrated ability to grow revenueExperience working at a broker dealer or financial institutionUnderstanding of fixed-income markets, treasury securities, and financial derivativesDemonstrated and proven success in sales and relationship managementAdvanced knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal and other financial trading platformsCompensation:The total compensation for this position will comprise a base salary set at the applicable minimum wage salary, based on the individual’s location, and an attractive commission structure based upon revenue generation by salesperson. #J-18808-Ljbffr
