USPI Managed Care Analyst (Onsite/Possible Hybrid or Remote option)This position provides analytical support for the assessment, negotiation, administration, and maintenance of managed care contracts for USPI ambulatory surgical centers.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping Reports, Databases and Dashboards: Managed Care analysts assist in creation and maintenance of reports, rosters, and interactive dashboards that provide managed care related data in a clear and concise manner.Reporting and Communication: Developing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Contract Analysis: Interpreting and analyzing managed care contracts, including reimbursement methodologies and payment terms for purposes of responding to questions from the operational teams.Collaboration: Working with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, clinical) and external stakeholders (e.g., providers, payers).Research: Supporting research work related to managed care contracts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in analytics, healthcare administration, business or related field is preferred. High school diploma is required.At least two years of previous experience in financial or operations analysis, preferably in a healthcare provider setting.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Demonstrates a high level of critical thinking.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential.Aptitude to effectively synthesize informationCompensationPay: $57,616 - $92,144 annually.
