The role blends recruiting, coaching, and business development into work that matters.Build a strong local advisor team by finding and hiring people aligned with our purposeHelp new advisors get off to a strong start—with guidance, encouragement, and a planSupport individual advisors and teams as they build practices rooted in trust and communityFoster a culture that values performance, collaboration, and growthPartner with internal teams to make sure your market has the right tools and support in placeWhat You BringYou’re a people leader with a background in financial services—and a track record of helping others grow. You know how to spot talent, build trust, and coach people toward success.We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:5+ years in financial services, ideally focused on hiring and developing advisor talentExperience recruiting and supporting advisors—especially within team structuresConfidence in leading group discussions and breaking down complex topicsA history of strong results in sales across life, health, annuity, and investment productsWillingness to work alongside advisors in the field as they develop their skillsLicensing & RequirementsFINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 (required or obtained within 90 days)Insurance licenses in life, health, and variable lines (or obtained within 90 days)Registration in all states aligned to your advisor groupA clean compliance record and satisfactory background checkFlexibility to travel locally—up to 50% of the time—and attend occasional evening eventsA reliable vehicle for business travelPay TransparencyThrivent’s long-term growth depends on attracting, rewarding, and retaining people who are committed to helping others thrive with purpose. Compensation for this role is a combination of base, bonus, and incentives. The applicable total compensation range for this full-time role is $145,000 - $211,000 per year, which is dependent upon performance and factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.Thrivent is unique in our commitment to helping people to be wise with money and live balanced and generous lives.
