The Opportunity:The Analyst will be a supporting member of the research team. This position offers a terrific opportunity to gain broad exposure to and understanding of the consulting and investment management industry.The Role:The analyst will support Segal Marco Advisors research efforts broadly including creating search books, attending manager meetings and writing meeting notes, assisting with the evaluation of investment manager performance, building and maintaining knowledge base of investment managers as well as learning cash flow analysis among other responsibilities.Positions in our Chicago office would be members of the UFCW union.The Requirements:The ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a major in an analytic field such as finance, accounting, or economics. Prior experience working in a professional environment with a focus on equity investments preferred. The candidate must have a strong attention to detail with a quantitative and a computer background. The current salary range for this position is $62,500 to $75,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
