This role is the analytical backbone of our deal execution process, requiring someone who takes genuine pride in creating flawless financial models and compelling investment narratives.This is not a training role. We need an experienced professional who can contribute meaningfully from day one and consistently deliver high-quality work without hand- holding.What You'll OwnFinancial Modeling & Deal Packaging (65% of time)- Create and maintain sophisticated financial models for $10MM-$60MM commercial real estate transactions- Develop compelling investment packages that clearly articulate deal value propositions - Manage 1-3 concurrent deals with firm 14-day packaging deadlines- Ensure meticulous quality control Market Research & Analysis (15% of time)- Conduct thorough market research and comparable analysis- Research capital market conditions relevant to deal positioningDeal Support & Collaboration (15% of time)- Support preliminary deal vetting with rapid financial analysis- Collaborate efficiently with senior team members (provide potential solutions, not just problems)- Respond to capital source questions and requests for analysis variationsProcess Excellence (5% of time)- Maintain and enhance financial model templates- Document analytical methodologies and best practicesSuccess Metrics That Matter- Package completion within 14 daysWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience- 3-5 years commercial real estate experience in development, investment, or capital markets- Proven track record analyzing complex real estate transactions independently- Advanced Excel proficiency with sophisticated financial modeling experience- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting Critical Behavioral Traits- Exceptional follow-through - Detail-oriented perfectionist - Self-directed work style- Intellectually curious- Professional communicationWhat Won't Work Here- Need for constant direction - Tendency to miss deadlines - Casual approach to accuracy - Scattered work styleCore Values:- Be Useful- Invest in relationships- Master the Craft- KISS / Stay Focused- Seek and Share Knowledge - One Team, One FightWork Style:- Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - High standards for work quality- Primarily independent execution- Continuous learning and improvementCompensation is a base, commensurate with experience + commission structure up to 100% of base salary.
