This company has built a marketplace that helps manufacturers recoup value, free up warehouse space, and reduce waste by reselling these assets compliantly and efficiently.Backed by strong investors and already working with major enterprises, they’re scaling fast and looking for a finance leader who can help shape the company’s future.The RoleAs Head of Finance, you’ll be both hands-on operator and strategic partner. This is not a pure reporting or controller role, it’s about building the financial engine that enables the company to scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to:Own FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.Build and refine financial models to handle a complex, variable revenue model (inventory consignment, take-rates, large transactions).Provide strategic insights on margin structure, capital allocation, and scaling strategy.Create investor-ready reporting and financial plans.Operate as a player-coach: hands-on in the early stages, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the company grows.This is a role offering a chance to shape both the business model and the finance function from the ground up.About YouWe’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building, and wants to grow with the company.
