This role is pivotal in helping mission-driven nonprofits transform their organizations through sophisticated financial strategy and execution.As CFO, you'll serve as a key member of your clients' executive teams while also acting as a technical resource for our internal delivery teams. You're energized by complex challenges and new learning opportunities.Core responsibilities of the Nonprofit CFO role:Strategic LeadershipServe as a member of clients' executive management teamsDevelop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business objectivesLead high-level financial decisions and strategic initiativesProvide financial coaching to client leadership teamsSupport internal delivery teams with technical expertise and guidanceFinancial Planning & AnalysisCreate sophisticated financial models to evaluate business decisionsDevelop long-range cash forecasts and capital planningAnalyze business performance and identify optimization opportunitiesDesign and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)Prepare annual operating plans with variance analysisTransaction & Growth SupportLead contract negotiations and financial deal structuringEvaluate and negotiate debt instruments and financing optionsSupport merger and acquisition activitiesAssist with capital raising and investor relationsGuide exit strategy planning and executionTeam & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients' stakeholdersServe as liaison with external partners (bankers, attorneys, investors)Provide technical support to internal delivery teamsFoster collaborative relationships across all levelsSupport the professional development of team membersInternal ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional client service while maintaining high-quality standardsComplete all internal deliverables accurately and on timeActively participate in All In One Accounting’s Brand Ambassador program, representing our mission and valuesMaintain strict adherence to security and compliance requirementsContribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing and best practicesThe successful candidate will have:15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with nonprofitsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA preferred)Proven success in executive-level financial advisory rolesDemonstrated ability to drive strategic growth initiativesExcellence in stakeholder communication and relationship buildingStrong technical accounting and finance expertiseExperience managing multiple client relationships effectivelyTrack record of mentoring and developing teamsGrowth mindset and commitment to continuous learningWhy All In One Accounting - The BenefitsAll In One Accounting offers all of our delivery team positions as either full or part-time with a mix of client interaction and internal team comradery.
