OverviewSenior Financial Analyst role at NTT DATA, Inc. This remote position requires a reliable internet connection and electricity. Base salary ranges and total rewards are provided by the employer.What You’ll Be DoingDrive the rolling forecast, annual budgeting, and long-term forecasting analytics for a targeted segment within Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).Lead efforts to capture forecasting assumptions and translate them into short- and long-range projections, including operational costs.Provide financial recommendations based on data analysis, including review of past performance against metrics and cost management.Serve as a business partner for key operational stakeholders representing the OPEX group; develop strong partnerships with assigned leaders.Extract data from financial reports to conduct financial and statistical analyses, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions.Drive system enhancements and testing in financial planning platforms (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Power BI).Develop and enhance reporting templates and tools to capture critical financial assumptions; support transition to a global FP&A structure.Prepare monthly actual vs. budget (vs. forecast) reports and perform variance analyses; communicate key findings to stakeholders.Monitor and report key financial and operational metrics for assigned departments.Identify risks and opportunities to improve business results; collaborate with FP&A to support ongoing cost management and profitability initiatives.Participate in user testing to deploy system enhancements across key financial planning platforms.Update and roll-forward tools and templates that support capital planning processes.Reconcile and review monthly account analysis for balance sheet accounts; ensure variances are analyzed and acted upon.Assist with input into the annual budgeting and forecasting process; communicate financial levers and recommendations to the business.Perform other duties and ad hoc analytics as assigned.Calculate and track global cost allocations to different regions.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDemonstrates excellent attention to detail and maintains high-quality work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong planning and organizing abilities; deadline-driven and able to work under pressure.Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse cultures.Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to think ahead in a fast-paced environment.Advanced analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.Experience with international entities, foreign currency, and inter-company transactions.Ability to develop and resolve complex models and procedures creatively; guide development of new policies where applicable.Judgment in selecting methods and evaluating complex techniques to obtain results.Ability to communicate complex financial/Accounting terminology to both financial and non-financial personnel.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, business management, statistics, or a related field (preferred).Relevant financial analysis certifications are preferred.Minimum 5–8 years of high-level financial and Capital Planning/ FP&A experience; advanced experience in a similar position; international operations experience.Advanced experience with accounting software and extensive knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.Physical RequirementsPrimarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.Able to hear and speak on the telephone; close visual work on a computer terminal.Dexterity to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend may be provided to cover expenses related to remote work and the use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $107,400.00 - $155,700.00. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
