You will be a part of a multi-cultural, global, diverse, award-winning Treasury team and work in a fast-paced environment, helping us shape the future on our path to become the world's leading software-industrial.Principal Accountabilities:M&A - provide advice across all deal stages including structuring, due diligence, integration, and financing execution for acquisitions, divestitures, ventures, JVs, and spin-offs.Project Finance - develop and maintain strong partnerships with business units and key corporate functions and provide advice to our customers on project finance transactions.Procurement - partner with procurement in transactions with a financing or financial risk dimension (FX, rates, commodity exposure).Customer Finance - partner with and support the commercial organization to properly structure transactions with a financing dimension. Provide advice on risk mitigation in higher risk jurisdictions.Talent Development - Foster knowledge transfer and develop world-class Treasury talent while promoting a strong performance culture and achieving best-in-class results.YOU MUST HAVE:5+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, M&A, project finance, credit underwriting, and/or adjacent disciplines.Familiarity with legal, tax, and accounting frameworks related to the above transactions.Strong proficiency in financial modeling.Knowledge of financial products and their applications.Experience negotiating legal agreements.Project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing projects and deadlines.WE VALUE:Strong academic record with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA/Master's degree or CFA is a plus.Success in building, leading, and developing teams with top financial talent.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.High intellectual curiosity and passion for interpreting and anticipating geopolitical, macroeconomic, and technology trends.Well-developed emotional intelligence, demonstrated leadership skills, and executive presence with an ability to influence people.Ability to thrive and make sound decisions in stressful situations under significant time pressure.Strong ethical and moral character with the courage to make the right decision in a timely fashion even when it may be difficult or unpopular.Ability to communicate ideas concisely and persuasively at the C-suite level.Understanding of broader implications of treasury actions and desire to be the "go-to" person when problems need to be solved, even when they may fall outside of immediate job responsibilities.Additional Information:JOB ID: HRD201812Category: FinanceLocation: 855 S Mint St, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28202, United StatesExemptHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
