We consider the people behind those mortgages and work hard to give them the best opportunity to stay in their homes by providing solutions to navigate the challenges of homeownership while working toward their long-term financial goals.Join Us on Our JourneyWe are currently looking for a Senior Lock Desk Analyst to join our team.Reporting to the VP, Secondary Marketing, Capital Markets, this position is responsible for playing a key role in overseeing and optimizing lock desk operations within the mortgage loan origination process. This role manages complex rate lock scenarios, leads pricing strategy implementation, and ensures data integrity across systems. This position provides advanced analysis to support pipeline hedging and To-Be-Announced (TBA) mortgage-backed securities (MBS) management, contributing to risk mitigation and enhanced secondary market execution.Additionally, this position drives process improvements, ensures compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines, and collaborates cross-functionally to support leadership and business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in Optimal Blue and Encompass systems, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Agency, Government, and Non-Agency loan programs.Qualifications include:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School Diploma/ GED) required4+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry, secondary marketing, pricing, or loan processingAdvanced knowledge and experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass requiredIn-depth knowledge of loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM) and investor guidelinesExperience with hedging and trading TBA MBS highly preferredProven experience leading and performing in a high-volume, fast-paced work environmentAdvanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills; ability to train and effectively share information with othersStrong analytical skillsSolid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgmentStrong time management skillsAbility to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting prioritiesClient-focused with strong execution skills and results orientationHigh level of precision with attention to detail and consistencyFlexible, open to change, and able to learn new things quicklyAbility to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance for working groupsSubmit Your Resume to Learn MoreFeatured BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life InsuranceDisability InsurancePet Insurance401k Program with Employer Matching3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysWellness InitiativesEmployee Assistance ProgramCompensationThe hiring range for this position is between $75,710.00-$92,000.00 annuallyThis position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonusThe Fay-Constructive Foundation was established to fulfill the philanthropic mission of The Fay Group employees to serve the communities in which they live and work.
