The finance team supports this success by partnering with global business units to develop and execute sound financial practices. The finance organization includes operations and corporate finance teams. Operations finance influences business decisions through data analysis and recommendations, while corporate finance handles financial planning, accounting, tax, industry analysis, audits, SEC reporting, and M&A support. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Division Controller in planning, forecasting, and reporting on P&L, with a focus on fixed costs. Partner with Division GMs and staff for monthly forecasts, strategic plans, and ad hoc analyses. Manage materials forecast and program phase exit financials. Coordinate with Operations finance on material accounting. Handle headcount planning, including maintaining and forecasting in Workforce Planning. Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes, prepare financial reports. Assist in the annual strategic planning process. Extract data, perform analysis, and build reports and financial models. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of financial planning experience in a public company. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong financial analysis skills. Attention to detail and quality of work. Ability to build relationships with internal clients. Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure. Positive attitude, ownership, and teamwork. Proficiency in SAP/TM1 or comparable ERP systems. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience, or Master’s with 3 years’, or PhD with no experience required. Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $170,000 annually.
