Location: Chicago, IL area (as applicable).ResponsibilitiesRunning strategic tax projects alongside Global Head of Tax and US CFO (restructuring/entity set up, acquisitions and disposals).Transfer pricing tax management alongside specialists both internally and externally.Tax policy management, particularly regarding international tax developments within the regions under remit of responsibility.Tax risk management and wider tax compliance/accounting support, with support of team and external advisors, to ensure filing and reporting deadlines are met across the region.Regular engagement with the wider leadership team in the US/Americas and globally, acting as an SME for tax where required.QualificationsApproximately 10-20 years of tax experience with a strong understanding of US tax principles.
