This role is ideal for a senior-level designer with strong proficiency in design systems, a flexible mindset, and a passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams.You’ll partner closely with engineers and product managers to execute against a dynamic backlog, adapting to evolving priorities driven by upper leadership. This is a hands-on and strategic design role with mentorship and leadership opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver end-to-end UX design solutions using established design systems and responsive UI best practicesCollaborate with Product and Engineering to execute on a fast-moving product backlogMentor and coach junior UX team members, helping align talent to project needsLead planning activities, define testing strategies, and drive organizational alignment around UXConduct usability testing and deliver polished UX artifacts for customer-facing digital productsEnsure consistency across product experiences and help integrate efforts into cohesive user journeysRequirements:5+ years of UX design experience within an enterprise or retail environmentStrong hands-on experience working with complex design systems and UI nuancesBackground working in agile teams and cross-functional environmentsProven ability to lead initiatives and manage shifting priorities independentlyPreferred Qualifications:Experience balancing multiple stakeholder inputs in a fast-evolving product areaBackground integrating efforts across multiple product teamsComfortable teaching and mentoring junior contributorsAbility to remain flexible and thrive in a dynamic, high-visibility environmentThe hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $55.00 to $60.00/hr.
