Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking an Instructional Designer.Summary:To ensure thorough training and long-term adoption, the Central Sales Training and Enablement team will be adding Sales Systems Training Facilitators and Program Managers to help lead training implementation and manage long-term system adoption. In this role, the Instructional Designer will flex their talents in training facilitation and driving change management with our commercial teams. The ideal facilitator is technical, energetic, driven, and a self-starter with previous experience in large-scale systems implementations and adoptions, particularly with customer-facing teams. The Instructional Designer will help manage the training experience by leading instructor-led trainings, ensuring pre-and post-work is complete, and providing long-term support and retraining, as necessary, for commercial teams.Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day implementation of a large-scale systems rollout for a dedicated team of commercial repsCreating instructor-led training eventsInviting teams to ILT and ensuring they are prepared for the event (e.g., have access to sandbox, SFDC, etc.)Manage implementation of course curriculum, tracking participation of bout ILT and elearningFollowing-up with managers about participation and attendanceLead all instructor led training sessions for your dedicated training groups, ensuring accurate and complete trainingHost ongoing office hours and follow-up training sessions, as requested and requiredGather feedback from participants and managers about the training via formal and informal methods and share with core implementation teamReview adoption metrics with the central team and look for opportunities to drive long-term tool adoptionREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline3-5 years of experience training on systems, particularly SFDC. Previous experience with sales or training sales teams a major plus1-2 years of experience as a Program Manager. Agile methodologies background is a plusExperience in adult learning, training, design thinking and/or instructional designAdvanced understanding of the SFDC platform and its functionalityAbility to manage projects and deliverables within tight timelinesExperience or knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)Ability to translate data from feedback to improvements to both content and processLanguage fluencyGoogle suite experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides)The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
