About the TeamYou will be part of the Mark & Graham E-Commerce team, helping to support our site operations and site merchandising teams. Our job is to drive conversion and deliver a best-in-class online experience to our customers.About the RoleAs an Assistant Website Merchandiser, you will execute online business, merchandise, and marketing strategies for the Mark & Graham site. You will assist the Mark & Graham eCommerce team with seasonal product launches, help manage the rollout of new site functionality and marketing campaigns, while maintaining a frictionless customer experience.ResponsibilitiesAssist with seasonal product launches, including building out product pages, and managing product attributionReview and execute eCommerce merchandising goals and strategies to drive sales, conversion and site KPIsWork in conjunction with merchandising team to compile and input product dataLog site bugs and open tickets with tech team to resolvePerform ongoing site auditsCreate and analyze various site reportsCoordinate and participate in daily site testing to ensure correct data integrity Help execute and audit personalization preview on product pagesAssist with testing new site functionality and app releasesDevelop and maintain our site build calendarCreate and test site and promotionsAssist in creating new category/subcategories based on seasonal needsWork with Site Manager on special projects related to operational improvements, site partnerships and comprehensive testing strategyIdentify and recommend new site content and experiences to address customer needsCoordinate and administer ongoing testing for each project release and major site launchesOther projects as assignedRequirementsMinimum required: Bachelor’s degree.1+ years previous eCommerce, digital marketing, or merchandising experienceMust be literate in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and have strong communication and presentation skillsWell-organized and extremely detail orientedAble to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutionsExperience with web analytics systems a plusThis role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the officeOur Culture & ValuesWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
