In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and delivery of user-centric compliance solutions affecting both buyers and sellers globally. Your expertise will drive the creation of engaging, seamless experiences that adhere to local, regional, and global regulations, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products exceed customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign regulatory-compliant solutions for global implementation.Work with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure consistency and excellence across client’s platforms.Prototype and deliver high-fidelity visuals, optimizing for adaptability and design standards.Engage in user research and feedback to iterate and enhance solutions.Effectively communicate and present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and leadership.Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Strong collaboration and communication abilities.Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.Domain Experience:Prior experience in regulatory, financial, or economic sectors preferred, highlighting an understanding of global compliance requirements within product design.This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact client’s product landscape, ensuring a balance between innovation, user satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.About AkrayaAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
