Our Private Client Services Practice caters to the needs of individuals and their families, including their businesses, personal holdings and foundations and trusts. As a Tax Director, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Our firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for high performing professionals.Responsibilities:Review of tax returns, tax workpapers and tax projectionsPossess strong technical skills in individuals, partnerships, and S-corporationsProvide effective consulting, planning and compliance for your clientsPerform tax research to resolve issuesOversee and manage the day-to-day needs of your clients and tax return process including identification and resolution of tax issuesCross-sell to our client base including assisting clients with tax issuesParticipate in industry or service line-related organizationsMaintain strong relationships with a highly proactive approach to serving clientsParticipate in business development activitiesCoordinate with partner to ensure timeliness and effective communication for proper planning of projectCoaching, mentoring, and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of the tax practiceMaintain knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect the clientQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting requiredMaster’s in taxation is preferredCPA required10+ years of progressive public accounting experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of managing multiple client engagementsA track record of building and sustaining client relationships and high-quality client serviceOutstanding analytical, organizational and project management skillsProficient with CCH Axcess, Caseware, Quickbooks, CCH Intelliconnect, RIA Checkpoint, GoFileRoom and Microsoft OfficeWhat we offer:Competitive Base Salary and annual performance-based bonusesMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, with the ability to defray the employee contribution by engaging in our wellness initiativesEmployer contribution to Life Insurance, and 401(k) planGenerous Paid Time off, including Summer Fridays and Employee Sabbatical opportunity (Ask us about it!)Customized learning and development opportunities and continuing professional education both in-house and virtuallyHybrid, flex, and remote work opportunities availableAbility to work in a growing, dynamic, employee-centric firm that values your unique contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
