This role will sit at the intersection of financial analysis, strategic communications, and operational execution, contributing to external investor-facing efforts, internal investment diligence, and key enterprise-wide projects. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical acumen with exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and a desire to grow into an external and internal strategic business partner.Success at CAVAAt CAVA, an Associate on the Investor Relations and Corporate Development team plays a key role in shaping how we tell our story externally and how we plan for growth internally. Success in this role means delivering high-quality analysis and communication across investor materials, competitor insights, and long-range financial plans. This team member brings structure to complex initiatives, whether supporting diligence for a major capital investment or helping business leaders translate strategic goals into long-term plans. We look for individuals who are detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and energized by the opportunity to build tools, processes, and narratives that connect the dots across CAVA’s growth engine.This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all the duties and responsibilities of the position and such duties and responsibilities may change without notice.What You’ll Do:Own, optimize & refresh CAVA’s long-term, 5-year model, executing workshop sessions with cross-functional partnersand executives to update inputs, track changes, and translate qualitative strategy to quantitative outputsManage and create key processes related to external investor materials, including earnings supplements, competitor recaps, internal Q&A preparation, and broader IR support across the enterpriseCollaborate with executive level leaders to develop presentation-ready materials for board discussions, including strategic section support for earnings, board decks for quarterly board meetings, and overall long-range planningManage tracking and synthesizing of CAVA sell-side research, models, and investor sentiment to identify themes and messagingAssist in due diligence efforts and own financial modeling (ROI, IRR, sensitivity analyses) to support large-scale, internal capital investments and potential external partnershipsBuild and maintain new internal tools that compare performance across peers and monitor thematic analyst POVsOwn tracking and coordination efforts for corporate development workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, and follow-upsExecute ad hoc strategic analyses and project support for leadership, particularly for high-priority, growth-oriented enterprise initiatives involving larger scale capital investmentsPartner with finance, accounting, and broader enterprise teams to ensure alignment and accuracy across all deliverablesThe Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a strategic/analytical role in a corporate environmentStrong financial modeling skills and comfort working with complex Excel-based modelsProficiency in building clear, visually compelling PowerPoint decks that distill complexity into insightHighly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize across multiple workstreamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a comfort presenting to senior executivesIntellectual curiosity, a self-starter mentality, and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced, high-growth organizationExperience working cross-functionally and managing projects with multiple contributorsPhysical Requirements:Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipmentMust be able to identify, analyze and assess detailsFor certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 poundsAbility to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectivelyConstantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicableAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe mannerWhat we offer:Competitive salary, plus bonus and long-term incentives*Early Wage Access!Unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, plus paid opportunities to give back to the community401k enrollment with CAVA contributionCompany-paid STD, LTD, Life and AD&D coverage for salaried positions*Free CAVA foodCasual work environmentThe opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing brandAll exempt and non exempt employees are eligible for benefits.
