This role requires a passionate advocate for our mission who can translate our impact into compelling narratives that inspire donors, volunteers, and community partners.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic LeadershipDevelop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational mission and strategic goalsLead brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the organization in the nonprofit sectorCollaborate with the CEO and the executive team to drive revenue growth through marketing initiativesEstablish marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROIOversee annual marketing budget and resource allocationBrand Strategy & ManagementDevelop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging frameworksEnsure consistent brand application across all touchpoints, materials, and communicationsConduct regular brand audits and competitive analysis to maintain market positioningLead brand evolution initiatives and rebranding efforts as organizational needs change in collaboration with GSUSAOversee trademark protection and intellectual property managementManage brand partnerships and co-branding opportunities with corporate sponsors and community partnersMonitor brand reputation and sentiment across all channels and stakeholder groupsMarketing CommunicationsDirect multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional mediaManage website strategy, content marketing, and search engine optimizationOversee social media strategy and community engagement initiativesDevelop compelling storytelling that showcases program impact and beneficiary outcomesCreate marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, annual reports, and case studiesDevelop strategic communications around policy initiatives and advocacy positionsDigital Marketing & TechnologyLead digital transformation initiatives and marketing automation implementationOversee customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analyticsManage email marketing campaigns and donor communication workflowsOptimize online giving platforms and user experienceLeverage data analytics to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign performanceQualificationsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 12 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 7 years in senior leadership rolesDemonstrated experience in the nonprofit sector or mission-driven organizationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESExpertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systemsProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar nonprofit-focused platforms)Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content management systemsExperience with graphic design principles and brand managementData analysis and reporting capabilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plansStrong project management and organizational skillsCollaborative leadership style with cross-functional team experienceBudget management and financial acumenPREFERRED SKILLSPrevious experience in a similar nonprofit subsector (health, education, social services, etc.)Track record of successful capital campaign marketingExperience with planned giving and major donor communicationsProfessional certifications in marketing, communications, or nonprofit managementExperience with board communications and governance supportMust successfully complete a criminal, motor vehicle, and credit background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
