The Product Manager of B2B Customer Journeys will enhance core AI-powered applications and innovate new offerings to improve B2B marketing strategies and customer engagement throughout the buying journey.Responsibilities:• Evolve the vision and strategy for our core products• Develop market mastery by working with customers, industry analysts, partners and others• Translate customer feedback into robust product requirements that delight customers• Deliver powerful and innovative product capabilities and intuitive user experiences that balance flexibility with ease of use• Obsess over solving the most challenging problems of our customersQualifications:Required:• Operate as a self-motivated entrepreneur in a dynamic, startup-like environment• Demonstrate knowledge of marketing and sales business processes, workflows, and tactics, ideally centered on B2B demand generation and account-based marketing• Apply your extensive experience building multi-tenant SaaS solutions for enterprise and middle-market organizations• Show strong ownership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market• Partner with and communicate effectively to individuals as diverse as software developers, quality assurance engineers, UX designers, researchers, support specialists, sales representatives, pre-sales and professional services consultants, customer success managers, and operations staff• Deliver engaging presentations to captivate and educate audiences, whether in person or virtually• 3+ years of product management experience with knowledge of Agile/Scrum development process and the Product Owner role• Bachelor’s Degree or four years equivalent experienceCompany:Adobe is a software company that provides its users with digital marketing and media solutions.
