With over 10,000 colleagues across 30+ countries, we create extraordinary experiences that connect communities and drive business growth through the power of live events.The OpportunityAs Partnerships Manager for VidCon, you'll drive revenue growth by developing strategic sponsorships and partnerships with leading consumer brands and creator economy companies across VidCon's diverse audience tracks: Community, Creator, Industry, and VIP. You'll be expected to learn and become proficient in the unique value propositions and sponsorship opportunities for each distinct audience segment. You'll join a dynamic team working with prestigious clients such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Disney+, Hasbro, and The Coca-Cola Company.Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Audience Business Development & SalesDevelop expertise in VidCon's four distinct audience tracks (Community, Creator, Industry, and VIP) and their unique sponsorship opportunitiesIdentify and secure new partnerships with brand marketers, agencies, and creator economy companies across all audience segmentsDevelop customized sponsorship packages that address the specific needs of each audience trackCreate cross-track sponsorship opportunities that maximize brand presence throughout the VidCon ecosystemConvert prospects into long-term partners through consultative selling approachesAchieve and exceed individual revenue targets and KPIs across all audience segmentsRelationship ManagementBuild and nurture relationships with decision-makers through high-touch engagementHost clients and prospects at events, creating memorable experiences that drive loyaltyCollaborate with Account Management to ensure flawless execution of partner activations across all audience tracksConduct post-event analysis to enhance future partnerships and drive renewalsDevelop expertise in matching brand objectives with the most appropriate audience segment(s)Strategic ExecutionCreate "Win-Win-Win" programs benefiting clients, VidCon, and our fan communitiesDevelop innovative sponsorship concepts that authentically connect brands with creator cultureMaintain detailed pipeline and activity reporting through SalesforceContribute insights and opportunities during collaborative sales meetingsIdentify cross-selling opportunities between audience tracks to maximize partnership valueQualificationsQualificationsExperience & SkillsProven track record of closing five and six-figure partnership dealsEstablished relationships with brand marketers or B2B decision-makers in the creator economyExperience developing and presenting compelling sales proposals to senior executivesAbility to quickly learn and become proficient in selling across diverse audience segmentsProficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office applicationsRegular travel to events and client meetings is required, including potential international travel.Attributes for SuccessStrategic mindset with ability to align client objectives with VidCon opportunities across multiple audience tracksAdaptability to understand and articulate value propositions for different audience segmentsExceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligenceSelf-motivated with creative problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentPassion for digital culture and the creator economyWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with world-class brands and creators shaping digital cultureComprehensive training on VidCon's distinct audience tracks and their unique sponsorship opportunitiesCollaborative, innovative team environment with global resourcesCompetitive compensation package including base salary and commission structureFront-row access to the evolving creator economyThe pay range for this role is $70,000 plus commissionThis posting will expire 9/30Additional InformationWe believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
