This role will spearhead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative content programs across various formats (video, podcast, written, etc.) to support marketing objectives and target high-value prospect accounts, and support customer marketing growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has proven hands-on experience in leveraging AI-powered tools and AEO/SEO strategies to optimize all content for discoverability, engagement, and conversion, ensuring maximum impact and ROI. This role will work alongside a highly-skilled and innovative marketing content team to bring industry expertise forward and drive a transformation of our content strategy.Your impactInnovate Content Program Strategy & Development:Innovate and execute cutting-edge content strategies across various channels (video, podcasts, webinars, etc.) to meet customer acquisition and growth objectives.Own the planning, production, and distribution of video, webinar, and podcast content, including managing external vendors, internal resources, and ensuring high-quality output.Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify content opportunities and serve as an internal expert on emerging content trends and best practices.Optimize Content for Maximum Engagement:Contribute directly to content creation by writing compelling copy for various platforms and editing and refining content from other contributors to maintain brand voice and quality standards.Maximize content reach and effectiveness by harnessing your expertise in AI-driven tools and advanced SEO strategies to enhance discoverability, user engagement, and conversion pathways.Track Content Program Impact:Using data analytics, monitor content performance, identify areas for improvement, and iteratively refine content strategies to achieve key results.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in content marketing.Direct experience using AI tools for content development and distribution.Proven experience developing and executing new content programs.Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Strong ability to interpret data to measure content performance.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Why Join Us?Pair your deep knowledge and experience with a dynamic, fast-growing company.Shape the content strategy and directly impact company revenue and growth.Collaborate with a team of passionate marketers, creatives, and industry leaders, driving innovation and powering the future of real estate.LocationFind out more about our locations by visiting our pensation & BenefitsThe compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $114,400 - $143,000 [base pay]. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
