Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$28.00/hr - $39.00/hrDescriptionPOSITION DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a highly visual and detail-oriented professional to support customer-facing pitch development, marketing communications, and event coordination within the Grid & Energy Services (G&ES) marketing function. This role will play a vital role in creating professional-grade presentation materials, supporting executive-level events such as CEO roundtables and exhibitions, and producing playbooks and summaries from internal and external workshops. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, excellent slide creation skills, and the ability to coordinate event logistics and communications with precision and creativity.This position will be based out of Irvine, San Francisco or Santa Clara, CAResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality pitch decks and marketing collateral for customer-facing engagements with utilities, data centers, and commercial/industrial energy usersCapture key outcomes and develop post-event playbooks and strategic summaries from internal and external workshopsProvide operational and creative support for G&ES-led events, including CEO Roundtables, Advisory Board meetings, exhibitions, and small-format customer engagementsCollaborate closely with the marketing director and GTM teams to ensure effective storytelling, consistent branding, and compelling visual designCoordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to prepare logistics, materials, and communications for eventsSupport G&ES’ PR, social media, and content efforts by drafting or formatting visual content for public-facing channelsMaintain a clean, consistent, and professional visual identity across marketing assets and presentationsAssist with internal document production for business development, marketing reporting, and external distributionRequired Qualifications2–4 years of experience in marketing, visual communications, creative services, or event coordination rolesAdvanced PowerPoint skills and strong visual design sensibility; ability to create polished, brand-aligned slidesDemonstrated ability to support planning and execution of executive-level events and workshopsClear written communication skills and ability to produce business-ready documentsHighly organized and proactive with attention to detail and time managementPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with UI/UX tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and presentation/visual collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Notion)Experience working with agencies or vendors to support marketing deliverablesPrior experience in energy, cleantech, or enterprise B2B sectors preferredBackground in management consulting or strategic investment roles highly valuedHanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
