For more information, visit are seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team and help scale the impact of marketing across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and has a strong ownership this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to our Marketing and SDR teams by managing intake requests, streamlining processes, and ensuring our technology stack — including Salesforce, Marketo, ChiliPiper, and LeanData — is fully leveraged to support business goals. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will play a critical role in improving cross-team collaboration, driving efficiency, and ensuring that marketing efforts are executed with operational excellence.RESPONSIBILITIESStakeholder Partnership & Intake ManagementServe as the primary owner of marketing operations intake requests, ensuring timely responses, clear prioritization, and consistent communication with stakeholders.Partner with Marketing and SDR teams to understand business needs, translate them into operational requirements, and work with larger Marketing Operations team to deliver effective solutions.Provide consultative support to marketers, advising on how to best leverage processes, tools, and AI-driven workflows to achieve their goals.Process Improvement & DocumentationIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies across Marketing processes.Document processes and project learnings to create clarity and scale best practices across the organization.Lead the implementation of operational improvements that align with organizational objectives, including using AI to automate routine tasks and enhance project management efficiency.Oversee the day-to-day usage of tools like Salesforce, Marketo, ChiliPiper, and LeanData, ensuring they are optimized to support business processes.Train and support team members in using tools effectively to maximize adoption and impact.Partner with technology stakeholders on integrations and enhancements, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.Data & InsightsTrack and report on key operational metrics, ensuring visibility into performance and outcomes.Surface trends and recommend adjustments to improve business impact, including leveraging AI tools to analyze data and generate insights.QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a related business operations role.Hands-on familiarity with marketing tech stack tools like: Salesforce, Marketo, ChiliPiper, and LeanDataExperience applying automation or modern tools (including AI where appropriate) to improve marketing workflows, reporting, or project management.Demonstrated ability to manage intake requests, prioritize work, and communicate effectively across teams.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proven success in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.PERKS & BENEFITSWe offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs.Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle.Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching.401(k) program to help you invest in your future.Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development.Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend.Paid parental leave to support you and your pany-wide recharge days each quarter.Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.The annual salary hiring range for this position is $89,600 - $125,000 pensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
