This role involves leading the UX design of a consumer-facing iOS Safari extension and app focused on real-time Google Shopping Deals. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative design skills and the ability to navigate complex user flows, ensuring intuitive design, user consent, and privacy, while making the product stand out in the competitive deals domain.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch and lead UX strategies for an iOS app supporting the Safari extension.Design seamless Safari browser extension experiences, including deal alerts, automatic coupon applications, and AI-driven product insights.Develop clear onboarding, consent management, and user activity interfaces to foster user trust.Collaborate with teams across Product Management, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to refine and evolve product design.Uphold Google's UX principles and incorporate innovative design solutions to enhance user engagement.Must-have SkillsProficiency in iOS application and Safari extension design.Deep understanding of Figma and Google Workspace.Strong background in e-commerce, deals, or shopping app ecosystems.About AkrayaAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm recognized for excellence and a thriving work environment.
