This onsite role based in Cincinnati, OH, requires approximately 40% travel and plays a key role in supporting the firm’s expansion through strategic investor engagement and capital strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead equity fundraising initiatives for new acquisitions and portfolio growth.Cultivate and manage relationships with HNWIs, RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.Maintain and expand an investor database aligned with varied return criteria.Manage clear, consistent communication with current and prospective investors.Track market trends to inform capital strategy and identify opportunities.Collaborate internally on the development of investor materials and reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in real estate capital markets, investor relations, or fundraising—ideally in commercial and multifamily real estate.Proven track record of raising equity from both individual and institutional investors.Strong understanding of real estate finance and capital structuring.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively.This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced professional to drive investor growth and support a fast-growing real estate platform.**************LOCAL CANDIDATES GIVEN FIRST PRIORITY ********************Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
