OverviewCascade Bicycle Studio (CBS) is a rapidly growing, high-end fit studio serving a clientele with high expectations. CBS is a sales and service organization operating in a very competitive market, continuing to drive sales through proactive efforts and to continually ensure CBS utilizes leading edge tools, technology, and product offerings in conjunction with the absolute best customer service as the key to success.PositionThe primary role of the CBS Marketing Lead is to oversee marketing for CBS across all analog and digital channels. This role is client facing and upholds the community, service, brand, and performance standards for CBS. The Marketing Lead will report to the General Manager.ResponsibilitiesLead new customer acquisition for bike sales, service, accessories, and fitsIn collaboration with investor group, develop annual marketing and content plan to achieve annual overall business goalsResponsible for maintaining, updating, and enhancing all our customer related platforms, including Marsello, Google Analytics, Lightspeed, Squarespace, and SalesforceExpand digital presenceGrow social media engagement and website traffic (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Strava, and Google Business Page)Maintain and update website content as neededDevelop and execute email campaignsContinually refine customer segmentation for both short-term promotions and long-term analyticsElevating brand presence for store location, services, and community engagementWork with partner brands on securing marketing dollars for CBS, strategizing, and executing co-branded promotions and eventsLead the development and execution of promotional events (e.g. sales)Lead the development and execution of in-person customer events (excluding store rides)Assist with in-store merchandising strategy and executionMust be in the studio at least 20 hours per week Monday-Friday when not participating in a CBS ride or eventJob RequirementsProven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Marketing Manager, or similar roleAt least 3 years of prior marketing experience, ideally in a retail settingAt least 1-2 years of marketing a consumer facing product or serviceIdeal candidate would have prior experience in the cycling industry – at the store levelMust have a personal passion for cycling, experience as a cyclist, and a willingness to participate on CBS / customer facing rides that may happen outside of normal business hoursExperience in planning and budgetingKnowledge of marketing processes and functionsStrong analytical abilityOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsProblem-solving aptitudeCompensation and BenefitsFull-time position.
