The ProgramThe Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.Marketing TrackThe Marketing track provides PAs with exposure in the key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing. The Marketing PA will interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions. Participants will gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.QualificationsQualifications/RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026 (or advanced degree with same graduation dates and up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies)Relevant Marketing-related internship or work experienceDemonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skillsGlobal exposure/study abroad is a plusAbility to relocate to New York CityWork AuthorizationPlease note the CEO Global Presidential Program does not offer sponsorshipWe require permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, for all PA candidates.
