Botanix has attracted a world-class management team actively evolving the pharmaceutical model to optimize patient access for Sofdra and future products.Territory Manager – ResponsibilitiesPromote Botanix’s product(s) by executing targeted commercial strategies to achieve market development, managed care pull-through, and objectivesCollaborate with customers and Botanix stakeholders to ensure exceptional follow-through and patient accessExecute marketing strategies and leverage resources to maximize impactInfluence customers within assigned geography and accounts to support use of Botanix’s product(s) in indicated disease statesDevelop and implement strategic business plans addressing market needsBuild customer loyalty by cultivating relationships with key stakeholdersUnderstand the patient journey to support customer understanding and patient experienceUnderstand local reimbursement and payor environment; educate customers on patient support services to ensure accessWork with teammates to gather and share market data, customer feedback, and competitive insightsAct compliantly with company and industry guidelinesParticipate in sales trainings and meetingsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university1-3 years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience; medical dermatology experience preferredExperience educating and assisting office staff with patient access to products including prior authorizationProven track record of exceeding sales goalsUnderstanding of account management and driving prescriptions with strong follow-through for patient accessPrevious product launch experience preferredAdaptability to changing distribution and fulfillment environmentsValid driver’s license; willingness to travel; may require some evenings and weekendsCRM and Microsoft Office proficiency (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.Strong competencies: performance-driven, resilience, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, account-based selling, communication and presentation skills, planning and organizational skills, learning agility, adaptabilityBenefits and company informationWe offer an excellent salary, competitive bonus, and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability, and 401K with company match.
